Your TRIANGLE loudspeakers come with a 2 or 5-year warranty. This warranty takes effect from the date of purchase and covers any manufacturing defects or damage to your speakers resulting from such defects.
This warranty is granted only to the first user of the product and only after online registration or receipt of the warranty coupon by TRIANGLE. It is not transferable in the event of resale of the product. Furthermore, it shall automatically cease to apply in the event of failure resulting from improper treatment or handling.
The following are excluded from the warranty :
- Coil burnt out due to excess power
- All breakdowns resulting from professional use (sound system, public address, etc.)
- Product misuse (listening too loudly, unsuitable amplifier, etc.)
- Any failure resulting from storage in a damp room
- Punctured or torn diaphragm
- Torn suspension
- All breakdowns resulting from mechanical impact (dropping, crushing, etc.)
- Any breakdown resulting from the intervention of a person not authorized by TRIANGLE.
- Impacts on cabinetry (scratches, crushing, various impacts)
You benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity for the purchase of all new, second-hand and reconditioned goods. This warranty lasts for 2 years, with no possibility of extension.

All TRIANGLE products* come with a 2-year warranty. You can extend your warranty from 1 to 3 years by  free registration your products on our website. (*Excluding 2-year manufacturer's warranty, no extension possible).

Active speakers : 2-year warranty + 1-year extension (for products including amplifier modules)
Passive speakers : 2-year warranty + extended warranty of up to 3 years for passive speakers 
Turntable : The manufacturer's warranty applies. In the event of a problem or need for repair, please contact our after-sales service for a personalized request. Consumables (belt, cell) are not covered by the warranty.
Important : The extended warranty is valid from the date of purchase. For all after-sales service requests, only the date of purchase will be taken as proof, and after the 2, 3 or 5-year warranty period, repairs will be out of warranty and at your expense.
Under warranty, return transport of the defective product to the store, the national distributor or to our offices is at the customer's expense.
TRIANGLE assumes responsibility for repair, replacement of defective parts and return shipment of the product.
